Cancellation & Refund Policy

Overview: All Transactions Are Final

At Andaza, we maintain a strict policy regarding financial transactions to ensure a fair and transparent platform for all users. All deposits, purchases, and fees paid to participate in events on the Andaza platform are considered final.
Once a transaction is completed, it cannot be canceled or reversed. We encourage all users to double-check their transaction amounts before confirming any payment.

  1. Error Resolution

    While all transactions are final, we will review cases involving a potential technical "Error." An "Error" is defined as a technical or system-based mistake in processing a transaction originating from the Andaza platform.

    • Reporting an Error: If you believe a transaction error has occurred, you must contact our support team at support@andaza.in within three (3) working days of the transaction date. Please provide the transaction ID and a detailed description of the issue.
    • Review Process: Andaza will review the case and, at its sole discretion, determine if a technical error occurred and what resolution, if any, is appropriate. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and all such cases will be reviewed thoroughly.
  2. Refund Process

    If a refund is approved following our error review, the process is as follows:

    • Initiation: The refund will be initiated by Andaza within seven (7) working days of the approval.
    • Crediting: The funds will be credited to your registered bank account or original payment method. Please allow up to ten (10) working days from the date of initiation for the amount to reflect in your account. The final credit time may vary depending on the processing speed of your bank or payment gateway.
  3. Event Cancellation by Andaza

    Andaza reserves the right to cancel any event or match at any time, for any reason, with or without prior notice or disclosure of the reason.
    In the event of such a cancellation, all entry fees paid by users for that specific event will be refunded in full. Refunds for canceled events will be processed and credited to users' accounts within one (1) to three (3) working days.

    Andaza is owned and operated by Andaza Technologies Private Limited. We are committed to ensuring the security of all transactions on our platform. We use secure payment gateways and adhere to industry-standard practices to protect your financial information and provide a safe gaming experience.
